You will need:
*Tube of choice i'm using the art of Suzanne
Woolcott which you can get here
*Floret Scrap kit from Baers
Garden
*Font i used SororityHack
*Circular mask of choice
*Mura Meistas copies
Open up the flower image that doesnt have a bow, resize by 23% smartsize all layers.
Now open a new image 550x550 fill white. Open a paper from the pack and resize by 15% and copy and paste it as a new layer, load a mask of choice.
Copy and paste the flower on top.
Now copy and paste your tube, resize to suit and position to your liking, if you want part of the tube hanging over, duplicate it. Then make the flower active, click inside the circle with your magic wand, selections modify and feather by 2, selections and invert then make the bottom tube active, then press delete. Selections and select none.
Use the eraser tool on the top tube to get rid of any hanging bits you dont want.
Now open up a heart image, resize by 12% and copy and paste that onto your tag, position to suit.
Now open up one of the buttons, resize by 12% and copy and paste as a new layer, click effects mura meistas copies.
Set it to encircle.

Shift Y 73
Leave the rest as they are.
Now click your raster deform tool, and rotate the buttons slightly so they go inbetween the flower petals.
Add your name and copyright and save!
