For this tutorial you will need

*4 tubes of choice and an image, i am using the work of Suzanne Wooltcott, click here to buy a licence
* Font of choice i used send flowers
*My supplies please do not reshare, thanks to sunf for letting me use her original 4x4 frame

Ok let's get started

Open up the template provided, i have done the really fidlley bits already so this is just basically adding your stuff to it.

Open up your image, you can just make a background if you want. Click edit and copy

Make the frame layer active and click inside the first box with the selection tool, click selections modify and expand by 5 (the box has a drop shadow on which is why we are expanding by 5) add a new raster layer and click edit and paste into selection, click selections and select none. Repeat this process for the other 3 boxes.

ok now add some effects to each of the little images, i left the first image as it was, on the second image i added illumination effects (in psp), for the 3rd image i used image effects and played around with the aged newspaper settings, for the last image i used eyecandnature with these settings:

Drift height 0

dust on all features: 28

dust on bright features: 56

bright features threshold: 32

when your happy with how your lil images are looking hide the frame layer and the background layer and merge visable. Then move the layer below the layer i numbered 10 (above the background layer).

my layer palette looks like this:

ok now open your tubes up, copy the first one onto your tag, resize to suit, i resized by 30% smartsize but a couple of them was 25%, position so it fits inside the first frame then make the frame layer active and click inside the first frame, click selections modify and expand by 5, click selections and invert, then make the tube layer active and hit delete. Repeat for the other 3 frames.

Once you have all your tubes ready, hide all the other layers and merge them together.

Position like this in the layer palette:

This is what i have now:

Use the same image you used for the little ones, and copy and paste it as a new layer on your tag, position it so its abov the background layer.

Now open the mask.

Click on the image layer, right click and click new mask layer from image, select the mask and click ok.

now right click on the mask layer and click delete, a popup should as do you want to merge the layers beneith click yes.

Now use the raster deform tool to get it how you like, i squished it a bit.

Now add any names and quotes and copyrights, bring them to the top.

Now open animation shop.

In paintshop set your layer palette up like this:

click edit and copy merged, paste as a new animation in animations shop, back in psp hide 10 and unhide 9, click edit and copy merged, paste after current frame in animation shop, repeat through to 1

click view and animation and save
