You will need:
*Tube of choice, im using the work of Cris
De Lara from MPT
*Pour-Loan addon by Véda
*Sparkles of choice, mine are by Tantrum
(thankoo) and are supplied.
*Window background, wordart by me in supplies
*Font, i used florabetic which is free
*Animation Shop
From the kit, open up the winged frame, click image and resize resize by 20% smartsize.
Ok open a new image 600x500 fill white, copy and paste the frame as a new layer and add dropshadow of choice. Open up my window background and copy and paste it as a new layer, then move below the frame layer so it fits inside.
Open up a paper from the pack, resize by 15%, click edit and copy.
Make your white background active and add a new raster layer, with the new layer active click inside with the magic wand, click edit paste into selection and select none.
Make the frame layer active click selections and select all, then selections and float, selections and defloat then selections and feather, set it to about 40.
Selctions and invert, then make the paper layer active and hit delete.
Selections and select none.
Make the frame layer active, then copy and paste the word art the window or add your own.
Add your tube, name and copyright info, position and effects to suit, i added drop shadows.
Open animation shop and tantrums cluster, click edit and select all.
Now i wanted mine to be at an angle so i clicked animation and rotate, i roated left by 15 degrees then as i wanted it quite small i clicked animation again and resized by 50% smartsize.
Then in paintshop click edit and copy merged.
In animation shop right click and paste as a new animation, then press ctrl shift and L untill you have 9 frames. Click edit and select all.
Make the sparkles active, click edit and select all then edit and copy.
On your tag press ctrl and e position to suit.
Save and your done!
