For this tutorial you will need
*Tube of choice, im using the art of Suzanne Woolcott please visit AMI.
*Happy Doodles by Angelica E. (Freebie)
*Mask of choice, preferably a circular one
*Xenofex 2 (optional)
* Font, I used SendFlowers and Secret recipie

Open a new image 500x500 fill white. Add a new layer and click effects xenofex and little fluffy clouds, change base and edge colour to white and zeneth and horizon colour to #d5effd.

If you dont have xenofex fill the new layer #d5effd and use the airbrus, colour white to spray some cloud like shapes on.

Load mask of choice.

Right click on mask layer and delete, click yes on the popup.

Ok now open the doodle flowers and leaves and resize as shown in above tag.

I positioned mine around the circle shape of the mask. Some of the leaves i rotated by 45 degrees around the top

The little line doodles i drew using the freehand pen line width 3, then i positioned more little flowers on top of it.

When your happy with the positioning of your doodles add your tube, i wanted the rabbit popping out so i duplicated it and moved it below the doodles in that corner, then i used the eraser tool to rub out the bits on top i didnt want there.

Next draw a circle around your tag, line width 2, forground any, background null. Draw a circle around your tag, then use the text tool to add text around the circle with your phrase to the blank side, i used "im thankful for seeing another spring" (by Nina Simone)

Hide the white background, and the vector circle layer, then merge visable.

Resize by 95% then unhide the white background and circle, text on a curve again write your name so it goes all around the circle, promote to a layer and select none.

Delete circle layer.

Duplicate the merged layer twice, on one of the bottom copies click effects and distortion then wind, wind stength 78% from left, then on the other copy same effect only from the right.

I then drew a square around mine line width 3, objects align and centre then conver to a layer and clicked inside with the magic wand, selections modify expand by 3 then image and crop to selection, sleections and select none

Add copyrights and your done
