If you want to make the actual plane animation then click here otherwise carry on...
Ok open up animation shop, and open the plane animation, it is an mng file and will open correctly in animation shop.
Minimise animation shop for now, in paint shop open up a new image 600x320 transparent.
Click your shape tool set at rectangle, forground white, background null and line width 10, draw so its a similar size to mine, now click objects in the top toolbar, then align and center in canvas, convert your rectangle to a raster layer.
Now click inside the rectangle with your magic wand, selections modify and expand by 3, add a new layer then fill this with the colour you want the sky to be i used #e5f3fc and then added some cloud brushes on a new layer and lowered their opacity. Click selections and select none. Move this layer below your frame.
Now from the supplies open up the road tube, drag this below your frame layer and position as shown in above tag.
Add a drop shadow to your frame, i used 1, -1, opacity 50 and blur 5
If you got the same ribbon as me, resize to 35% smartsize then copy and paste as a new layer on your tag, move this to the bottom layer, then duplicate the layer, click image mirror then image and flip.
Add your tube, copyright info and if your only making one of this your name, if your making several, do not add your name yet.
Also if you want any other elements on it add them now. Add a new layer, fill white and send to the very bottom of your other layers.
now click edit and copy merged, maximise animation shop, right click and paste as a new animation.
Press crtl shift and L until you have 14 frames.
Now press ctrl and a.
Maximise your plane animation and press ctrl and a then ctrl and c to copy.
Make your tag frames active and press ctrl and e to paste the plane into the frames.
Position to suit or as i have in the finished tag above
Now in paintshop, type out the name you want in colour/font of choice click edit and copy
then paste into animation shop as a new animation, duplicate so theres 14 frames then press ctrl and a then ctrl and c
on your tag press ctrl and a then ctrl and e and position to suit.
Save and your finished :)
if you have more than 1 tag to make then after saving click undo so the optimisation is removed and click undo again to remove the name then in paintshop, type out the name you want in colour/font of choice click edit and copy
then paste into animation shop as a new animation, duplicate so theres 14 frames then press ctrl and a then ctrl and c
on your tag press ctrl and a then ctrl and e and position to suit.
save and repeat last few steps if needed.
